Confirm your appointments by sending an automatic e-mail!
Recently, a new option installed on the calendar page offers you the possibility to quickly send a confirmation email for an appointment agreed with a potential buyer, a client or a colleague as soon as it has been added to the Immomig® calendar. Indeed, a new field "Send a confirmation email to all participants" which appears when completing the information when registering a new appointment, allows you to send a standard confirmation email to all invited people.
The big advantage of this update is also that when this field is kept checked and a change is made to the appointment in terms of time or place, participants will also receive an email notifying them of the change. Same when the appointment is cancelled, the guests will be notified immediately!
